Just checked my bank statement and discovered that Microsoft did indeed take money for the cancelled Xbox Live subscription from my account – just shows how often I check my statements – it came out 2 weeks ago!

I rang good old Microsoft to demand the refund originally promised to me. They apologised and said another 15-30 days. Hmmm… do you ever get the feeling you’ve been fobbed off? Anyway, if the money is not in my bank by 19th July, Bill Gates, or whoever is in charge then, will be having a legal threat in the post (just to add to the pile).

Is this Micro$oft getting their own back for those dodgy copies of Windows 98 and Office 97 that I installed many years ago?

  • About Me

So you stumbled across my blog. No doubt after searching for something bizarre on Google. Before you hit that 'Back Button', why not stay and have a read for a few minutes?

If you are after a website which gives advice on how to hack an iPhone X, download the latest Steven Seagal movie, or view nudy ladies, you've come to the wrong place and may now press 'Back'.

However, if you would like a lifestyle blog, written by a 30-something chap, living in Bath (England), feast your eyes on this.

You won't discover how to copy PlayStation 4 games. What you will find is a blog, covering life in the West Country, the highs and lows of supporting two unsuccessful football teams, while sharing a house with a wife and rabbit.

All written by a man, somewhere on the sanity-scale between normal and eccentric.
