I couldn’t find a picture of thr Leeds United chairman, so used a horses arse instead

I got up this morning to the news that Leeds United’s home, Elland Road was for sale! The thing chairman Gerald Krasner claimed he did not want to do, and to be honest I’m not at all surprised. He claims that Leeds will still be able to play there for at least another 25 years but it is getting increasingly hard to trust this idiot.

Sure, he saved the club from administration but he and the rest of the board (with the possible exception of former player Peter Lormier) are running the club like a bunch of monkeys. Take for example the sale of James Miler…

KRASNER: “Hey, I have a great idea. Let’s sell that 18 year old wonderkid, who loves the club and plays for cheap and go after a 34 year old from Luton instead!”

OTHER BOARD MEMBER: “Great idea Gerald! Anyone else we can sell?”

KRASNER: “Well, Smith, Robinson, Viduka, Matteo, Harte and Barmby are all gone… so… no.”

OTHER BOARD MEMBER: “Damn! Looks like it’ll only be a five week Christmas for me in Barbados”

KRASNER: “Don’t worry my son! I’ve had a great idea! Let sell the ground they play on!”

OTHER BOARD MEMBER: “But where will they play?”

KRASNER: “Well there’s always my old school’s playing field we could ground share with and if they don’t let me we could always rent the ground back!”

OTHER BOARD MEMBER: “But didn’t you say we had to reduce our outgoings by selling players to get the wages down? Surly paying rent for Elland Road will cost us and we could loose everything.”

KRASNER: “Errr… errr… Just think of that holiday we’ll be having!”

  • About Me

So you stumbled across my blog. No doubt after searching for something bizarre on Google. Before you hit that 'Back Button', why not stay and have a read for a few minutes?

If you are after a website which gives advice on how to hack an iPhone X, download the latest Steven Seagal movie, or view nudy ladies, you've come to the wrong place and may now press 'Back'.

However, if you would like a lifestyle blog, written by a 30-something chap, living in Bath (England), feast your eyes on this.

You won't discover how to copy PlayStation 4 games. What you will find is a blog, covering life in the West Country, the highs and lows of supporting two unsuccessful football teams, while sharing a house with a wife and rabbit.

All written by a man, somewhere on the sanity-scale between normal and eccentric.
