So as speculated Ken Bates bought Leeds United yesterday morning. I learnt this very exciting news from BBC Breakfast, 5 minutes before I was due to leave for work. I then ran upstairs and watched all I could of Sky Sports News before I was forced to leave.

Bates has a few critics but I think he has the potential to do wonders for Leeds. Back in 1982 when I was a little bambino he bought Chelsea for £1. They were in a worse state than Leeds are now and he turned them into one of the strongest football teams in Europe. I’m really hoping he can do this to Leeds.

Leeds still have some large debts, but for a massive football club and with Bates’ money they are a lot more manageable. Remember there are a lot more clubs with far greater debts than Leeds now, in fact every football club besides Chelsea, Man Utd and Liverpool have debts.

That last paragraph was mainly directed at some friends of mine who were insisting Leeds were still fucked because of their finances. They’re not football fans so can’t really comment sensibly on the situation; in fact one of them even likes rugby – pft! Again that paragraph was directed at them. You know who you are! :o)

Anyway, I’m going off topic, very good news for Leeds, hopefully they can get 3 points this afternoon when they travel to Stoke.

Lastly, I was planning on going to see Meet the Fockers last night. One problem came up though. One major problem. It isn’t out until next Friday. Forgot about that didn’t I! Doh!!!

So you stumbled across my blog. No doubt after searching for something bizarre on Google. Before you hit that 'Back Button', why not stay and have a read for a few minutes?

If you are after a website which gives advice on how to hack an iPhone X, download the latest Steven Seagal movie, or view nudy ladies, you've come to the wrong place and may now press 'Back'.

However, if you would like a lifestyle blog, written by a 30-something chap, living in Bath (England), feast your eyes on this.

You won't discover how to copy PlayStation 4 games. What you will find is a blog, covering life in the West Country, the highs and lows of supporting two unsuccessful football teams, while sharing a house with a wife and rabbit.

All written by a man, somewhere on the sanity-scale between normal and eccentric.
