I’m off up north to Leeds early tomorrow morning, going to Elland Road to watch The Mighty Whites take on Crewe. Hardly Real Madrid v Barcelona but it beats Bath City against Chippenham Town.

At the moment I am trying to get myself into gear so I can pack an overnight bag for the weekend, tidy my bedroom and also get things ready for work on Monday as I don’t know what time I will be back on Sunday.

I’m getting distracted though, probably subconsciously as I’m too lazy to get going. I’m looking at DanintheMix.com, a strange website about MySpace deaths Dan has linked to as well as writing this blog, all this while listening to The Lighthouse Family.

I haven’t put on their songs in ages. I used to like them until Tony Blair used one of their tracks on a Labour TV ad and ruined it for me – thanks a lot Tony, stop being a twat and get your wife a cheaper hairdresser, my mobile cutter does my hair for £6.50. Call her out to do Sheree’s, maybe then you can free up some millions to keep those nurses you begged to join the NHS just two years ago and are now making redundant.

I digress, what was I originally doing? Oh yes, putting off getting ready… I had better get on… in a minute… first I’ll upload this page… I need the toilet too… mustn’t ignore the call of nature… maybe I should check my e-mails again…

Will I be ready to go tomorrow morning or will I still be time wasting? Who knows!

  • About Me

So you stumbled across my blog. No doubt after searching for something bizarre on Google. Before you hit that 'Back Button', why not stay and have a read for a few minutes?

If you are after a website which gives advice on how to hack an iPhone X, download the latest Steven Seagal movie, or view nudy ladies, you've come to the wrong place and may now press 'Back'.

However, if you would like a lifestyle blog, written by a 30-something chap, living in Bath (England), feast your eyes on this.

You won't discover how to copy PlayStation 4 games. What you will find is a blog, covering life in the West Country, the highs and lows of supporting two unsuccessful football teams, while sharing a house with a wife and rabbit.

All written by a man, somewhere on the sanity-scale between normal and eccentric.
