Fifa 09 was released today and I picked up my copy after work.

My initial impressions are very good. The graphics have been improved, and the game feels a lot more realistic. No doubt you will hear more about the game on my blog as I master it over the next few months.

As well as playing a few single player games, I challenged a Manchester United fan to an online match.

Unfortunately, Leeds are given an unfair low ranking on Fifa, so I had to choose to play as Liverpool – a team more at ManU’s level.

If the match was played in real life, it would have gone down  as one of the greatest games of all time…

Manchester United fan goes 1-0 up
he then makes it 2-0
I pull a goal back 2-1
and go on to equalise 2-2
I then take the lead 2-3
and put the game beyond doubt 2-4
or so I thought… ManU fan gets a goal 3-4
and another 4-4
We go to penalties…
I win 4-3

  • About Me

So you stumbled across my blog. No doubt after searching for something bizarre on Google. Before you hit that 'Back Button', why not stay and have a read for a few minutes?

If you are after a website which gives advice on how to hack an iPhone X, download the latest Steven Seagal movie, or view nudy ladies, you've come to the wrong place and may now press 'Back'.

However, if you would like a lifestyle blog, written by a 30-something chap, living in Bath (England), feast your eyes on this.

You won't discover how to copy PlayStation 4 games. What you will find is a blog, covering life in the West Country, the highs and lows of supporting two unsuccessful football teams, while sharing a house with a wife and rabbit.

All written by a man, somewhere on the sanity-scale between normal and eccentric.
