Just occasionally, something so wonderful happens, it is hard to put into words how great it actually is. I will do my best to describe how I feel for the purpose of my blog, but please be aware – no words can describe how happy I have been made today…

I am talking about Leeds United’s FA Cup victory over Manchester United this afternoon – a truly amazing result. The first time Leeds United have won at Old Trafford in my lifetime, in a game which was beyond magnificent.

Today is up there with Bath City’s win over Grimsby. I will never forget it, as long as I live.

Every Leeds fan I have spoken to, read reports from and heard on various radio phone-ins, is equally as elated as I am. Each Manchester United fan I have heard from, appears truly gutted.

Today wasn’t simply a League One side beating Premier League opposition. It was two of the most famous football clubs in the world, with one of the biggest rivalries in the history of the game, meeting for the first time in almost 6 years.

Hopefully Leeds will go on to finish the job and win League One, before consolidating in the Championship and then pushing again for further promotion to the Premier League, where they can play (and beat) Man Utd again. On the whole, the ‘noughties’ have been awful for Leeds. I hope today’s result will act as a catalyst and make for a wonderful decade at Elland Road, under Saint Simon Grayson.

So you stumbled across my blog. No doubt after searching for something bizarre on Google. Before you hit that 'Back Button', why not stay and have a read for a few minutes?

If you are after a website which gives advice on how to hack an iPhone X, download the latest Steven Seagal movie, or view nudy ladies, you've come to the wrong place and may now press 'Back'.

However, if you would like a lifestyle blog, written by a 30-something chap, living in Bath (England), feast your eyes on this.

You won't discover how to copy PlayStation 4 games. What you will find is a blog, covering life in the West Country, the highs and lows of supporting two unsuccessful football teams, while sharing a house with a wife and rabbit.

All written by a man, somewhere on the sanity-scale between normal and eccentric.
