Well, firstly I am very pleased that I can’t predict football results properly! I thought Leeds would get hammered by West Ham but the game finished at a very respectable 1-1. Leeds won a penalty in the dying seconds of the game to grab the equaliser.

Many West Ham fans were furious as they thought Leeds striker David Healy dived to get the penalty. I will admit, it wasn’t a penalty BUT if West Ham fans are honest with themselves they will know that Leeds were denied two clear penalties earlier in the game.

Even so, you could say Leeds got lucky which is just what manager Kevin Blackwell was asking for. Anyone who has listened to Blackwell’s pre-match interviews before, (see my blog about it below) he always complains that Leeds lost because they were luckless. I wonder what excuse he will use if they lose to Millwall next week, here’s a few suggestions for him…

“We need even MORE luck”
“Our players were stuffed on Mince Pies”
“It was Santa’s fault – I’ve been a very bad boy this year”
“My car broke down”
“… hmmm ….”

and finally the proper answer, but one I doubt I’ll hear…
“We didn’t play well. Millwall were the better team. I’ll change my tactics”
Hopefully he won’t need to use any of these as Super Leeds will win!

Still on the topic of football I am currently watching the Arsenal – Chelsea game. As I type it is currently 2-2 and is an absolutely fantastic game. I hope Arsenal win this game and indeed The Premiership.

I believe this year its either going to be Arsenal or Chelsea for the title (although based upon my current predictions it’ll probably be Norwich City). If Chelsea win it’ll be a sad day for football as they would have bought the league. They won’t have won it by building a super team from scratch over many years.

Finally, I went to the cinema again last night to see The Forgotten starring Julianne Moore (from Hannibal). Good film, although it was slow to start. Like The Grudge there were a lot of moments that made me jump so I was on the edge of my seat a little throughout the film.

I won’t go into the plot details here as it’ll ruin it for people who want to see the film, but I will say there were a lot of questions left unanswered at the end of the film. It seemed to have been rushed and felt unfinished.

So you stumbled across my blog. No doubt after searching for something bizarre on Google. Before you hit that 'Back Button', why not stay and have a read for a few minutes?

If you are after a website which gives advice on how to hack an iPhone X, download the latest Steven Seagal movie, or view nudy ladies, you've come to the wrong place and may now press 'Back'.

However, if you would like a lifestyle blog, written by a 30-something chap, living in Bath (England), feast your eyes on this.

You won't discover how to copy PlayStation 4 games. What you will find is a blog, covering life in the West Country, the highs and lows of supporting two unsuccessful football teams, while sharing a house with a wife and rabbit.

All written by a man, somewhere on the sanity-scale between normal and eccentric.
