Being a fan of the BBC FiveLive football phone-in, 606, I tuned into Sky Sports’ own version of the show; You’re On Sky Sports.

YOSS has the disadvantage of being broadcast late in the night, following an evening of live football – a perfect time for drunken footy fans to call in and talk absolute rubbish.

I had to feel for the presenter, Geoff Shreaves, and wondered what he had done so wrong to be relegated from covering premium events such as Ford Super Sunday, to speaking to alcoholics on a Monday night phone-in.

Poor Geoff spent half the show trying to stop intoxicated Manchester United fans talking about minor incidents from last season, and instead sharing their views on something that John Terry may or may not have done at the weekend.

YOSS is a terrible football phone-in, and 606 reigns supreme – especially with the welcome return of Danny Baker.

  • About Me

So you stumbled across my blog. No doubt after searching for something bizarre on Google. Before you hit that 'Back Button', why not stay and have a read for a few minutes?

If you are after a website which gives advice on how to hack an iPhone X, download the latest Steven Seagal movie, or view nudy ladies, you've come to the wrong place and may now press 'Back'.

However, if you would like a lifestyle blog, written by a 30-something chap, living in Bath (England), feast your eyes on this.

You won't discover how to copy PlayStation 4 games. What you will find is a blog, covering life in the West Country, the highs and lows of supporting two unsuccessful football teams, while sharing a house with a wife and rabbit.

All written by a man, somewhere on the sanity-scale between normal and eccentric.
