I went to Bath City this afternoon. It pissed it down. By the start of the game, I was soaked. Three minutes into the match, City were losing 1-0. Great.

I wasn’t going to put up with this for almost another two hours. I left my usual standing place and headed for the exit.

Of course I didn’t walk out. I’ve seen worse. Losing 7-1 to East pissing Thurrock, is just one of many memories that I’d like to forget. I entered the seated stand and watched from undercover, from the ‘comfort’ of a plastic seat.

The weather didn’t improve. Neither did the weather. City lost 2-0, but at least I wasn’t quite as soaked as I might have been, had I remained out in the rain.

  • About Me

So you stumbled across my blog. No doubt after searching for something bizarre on Google. Before you hit that 'Back Button', why not stay and have a read for a few minutes?

If you are after a website which gives advice on how to hack an iPhone X, download the latest Steven Seagal movie, or view nudy ladies, you've come to the wrong place and may now press 'Back'.

However, if you would like a lifestyle blog, written by a 30-something chap, living in Bath (England), feast your eyes on this.

You won't discover how to copy PlayStation 4 games. What you will find is a blog, covering life in the West Country, the highs and lows of supporting two unsuccessful football teams, while sharing a house with a wife and rabbit.

All written by a man, somewhere on the sanity-scale between normal and eccentric.
