Have you ever felt that you made an assumption too early?
I would like to think that by posting this blog entry at 6.45pm, I inspired England to push on from the deep abyss onto glorious victory – or maybe I just jinxed New Zealand.
Roman was certainly enthralled by England’s mighty comeback…
Roman spent his Sunday afternoon watching the Cricket World Cup Final.
As a fan of the Netherlands, Romy is very much a neutral when it comes to England v New Zealand.
I think Roman is more of a football fan…
With New Zealand having what looked to be a poor innings, it appeared that England would win the cup with ease – much to the boredom of our rabbit.
What’s this? England have capitulated? Well I never!
Psst, Roman – you don’t need to look so surprised! This happens all the time!
It’s great to see that despite the ongoing circus surrounding Leeds United, the club is still managing to attract a new generation of supporters – albeit possibly with some gentle persuasion from dad or mum.
This kid knows the words to Marching on Together better than most grown-up fans.

This is what happens if you stay up all night…
It’s very nice and cute to see Roman sleeping during the afternoon; but I know all too well that as a result, he’ll become insane and impossible to put to bed later.
It looks like poor Roman is still having problems sleeping at night.
Here he is (again), staring at the wall, waiting for mummy or daddy (Claire or me) to come and see him.
You can’t help but feel sorry for him.
