Leeds may still be without a win during 2018, but at least they didn’t lose to Bristol City – something, considering where I live, I would find most embarassing. Luckily, however laughable Leeds can be at times, Bristol City can be equally as pathetic; this time throwing away a two goal lead. See you next season, me babbers.

I awoke this morning to the very sad news that former footballer Liam Miller had died.

I had been aware he was suffering from cancer, but it now turns out things must have been worse than first feared, and he lost his battle against the disease. This is terrible, especially considering he was just 36.

Over the years, I have mentioned Liam in my blogs, as he scored one of my favourite goals of all time, in a game I have seen live – the winner in a 4-3 victory for Leeds at Southampton (after being 3-0 down).

Rest in peace, Liam. I am sure AFC Heaven will be a much stronger football club for your presence.

We haven’t won a game in 2018, by the way.
